When I heard about a local photographer who was in need of a website to help her launch her business, I couldn’t wait to help. Cindy is a wonderful person, and her creativity shines through her photography, and her side hobby of furniture restoration (you can see examples of both at her blog Cameras and Chaos).
Cindy’s site was built on WordPress with the Thesis Theme for WordPress framework, and uses plug-ins for the photo albums and front slide show. I like to give my clients the freedom to control their own content to keep their costs down, and to help them take ownership of the site. In this case, using WordPress with hand picked plug-ins worked perfectly for Cindy, who now has control to add and delete photos from collections and edit her content whenever she likes.
